Forget the Pub Crawl – Consider the Booth Crawl

TelcoTV09_RGB_lo_resCheck out the Telco TV trade show organizer’s unique approach with a “Booth Crawl” to boost attendee turnout at their upcoming show in Orlando, Florida this fall.  Participating exhibitors will have drinks (both alcoholic and non) and snacks during a designated time in their booths.  Attendees are given a map to follow and check out both the refreshments and naturally exhibitor’s solutions!

This is the second year TelcoTV is doing the Booth Crawl.  They’ve already signed up Nokia Siemens Network and RGB Networks for the 2009 event.  In these difficult economic times, show organizers are getting creative and working with their exhibitors to help drive attendance.

About the Author

Kelly Pollock is an Exhibiting Consultant with Skyline British Columbia and has been a CTSM (Certified Trade Show Marketer) graduate since 2005. She has since earned Gold Status in the CTSM Program and now mentors other candidates in their portfolio completion. Prior to becoming an Exhibiting Consultant, Kelly was an Events Specialist with PMC-Sierra, a global technology company. She uses the expertise gained from this background to support her customers with their exhibiting challenges and designing their British Columbia trade show displays.
