Thanks for sharing the John Cleese video. He uses humor to bring home the point devastatingly well. I am a huge Monty Python fan, and like most suffering from that affliction, have too many Monty Python lines rattling around in my head.

However, I cannot fully express my joy a couple of weeks ago upon hearing my 8-year old daughter saying, "That's not a horse, you're just banging together two halves of a coconut," and "You must cut down the mightest tree in the forest ... with ... a herring!"

Training Booth Staff, now that has always been a challenge, even before laptops and mobile phones, and god forbid the dreaded Blackberry!

Back in the early 80's there was a fabulous training video featuring the British comic Actor John Cleese (Fawlty Towers fame if you don't know who he is).

It is rather dated now, but the priniciples are still exactly the same, just add in some of the modern gadgets and you are there. If you watch the preview of the video you will recognise all the signs of stand personnel's bad habits - they are still doing it today.

It is a very entertaining way of reminding people about how not to exhibit!

Hello Rex,

Here's a link to a worksheet that has the equations for many common measurement tools:
http://www.skyline.com/files/doc/msrwkst.doc

We also have a CD program that will allow you to enter in data and calculate 13 measurements. You can ask for your copy here at:
