Back in the early 80′s there was a fabulous training video featuring the British comic Actor John Cleese (Fawlty Towers fame if you don’t know who he is).

It is rather dated now, but the priniciples are still exactly the same, just add in some of the modern gadgets and you are there. If you watch the preview of the video you will recognise all the signs of stand personnel’s bad habits – they are still doing it today.

It is a very entertaining way of reminding people about how not to exhibit!
